About us

We are a friendly welcoming Church Family.  We have something for everyone. Traditional Sunday Worship 9.30am to 10.30 am with Rev Peter Jewell. Peter provides innovative methods that is often interactive to share the message.  This is followed by morning tea and a chat.

Messy Church meets 4th Friday of the month 5 – 7pm and is for young families. Craft activities, games, a brief message from rotating ministers which is interactive, and then we have tea provided by volunteers.  Donation is desirable but not compulsory.

Mainly Music is for toddlers and their parents or sometimes it may be grand parents. Lots of play activties and singing occurs.  Long time Friendships often develop.  A small fee is desirable. 

An adult craft Group meets Thursday 10am to 12md and skills are shared and social chit chat.

A Growth Group currently meets weekly at somone’s home and the focus is learning more about the Bible often with the use of study guides.  Currently the Minister is present and a cuppa is shared at the end of the study.

A prayer group meets Thursday mornings at the Church and the opportunity to engage in shared prayer time is extremely valuable. 

Our Opportunity Shop known as Chattles and Chats is managed by volunteers. More volunteers are very much welcome.  It is a warm and friendly service that can brighten up a persons day.  Good bargains and a chat are a bonus. We also have a book shop that is also much appreciated. 

Our Church often organises social events such as musical afternoons, movies, trivia days, breakfast mornings and guest speakers on topical issues.
